Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Because each item is handmade, please read this carefully so you know what to expect.


A Note About Handmade Items

All of our dice are crafted by hand. This means every piece is unique — small variations or tiny imperfections (like slight shifts in color or micro-bubbles) are part of their charm and not considered defects. If you have any concerns about what to expect, feel free to reach out before ordering.


Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase.

After that, we usually begin preparing your order, so cancellations might not be possible.


Returns and Exchanges

Contact us within 14 days of delivery if there’s a problem with your order.

Ship items back within 21 days of delivery if we approve a return.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition.


Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of these items, we can’t accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders

Digital downloads

Items on sale


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective (beyond normal handmade variations), please contact us right away — photos help! We’ll work with you to make it right, whether that’s a replacement, refund, or another solution.


Refunds

Refunds are issued once we receive the returned item in its original condition. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Stripe). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
